Construction supervision during construction

We exercise construction supervision for constructions from the first to the fifth category, with the exception of objects under Art. 14, take. 2 from the law on the chamber of builders, like:

• we are responsible for the legal start of construction, according to the requirements of the current regulations.
• we monitor the completeness and correct drafting of the acts and protocols during construction, according to Ordinance No. 3 of 2003. for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, as well as for compliance with the requirements for health and safety working conditions in construction;
• we monitor the correct execution of the constructions, in accordance with the approved investment projects and the basic requirements for constructions under Art. 169, paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 of Art;
• after completion of the construction and installation works on a given construction site, we prepare a final report, according to the requirements of the Zoot and the by-laws;
• we are responsible for the suitability of the constructions for their commissioning, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2003. for the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites;
• we complete and send to the relevant municipality or RDNK/DNK the necessary documentation for putting the finished building into operation, on the basis of which a certificate for putting into operation is issued /for constructions of category iv and v/, or. permission for use / for the constructions of i, ii and iii category/
