Compliance assessment of investment projects and other services, related to design

The construction process begins with a feasibility study, preparation of project documentation, design supervision and the subsequent coordination of the projects with the relevant control authorities. It is here that we at "DID-CONSULT ENGINEERING GROUP" EOOD support our customers.

The project compliance assessment is mandatory for all constructions from the first to the fifth category and is a mandatory prerequisite for issuing a Building Permit ( according to. Art. 142, al.1, 2, 4 and 5 from ZUT). Construction supervision has specialists in all specialties, including fire safety (PAB) and hygiene and protection of human health (HEY). These specialists review the presented project and, with their signatures, guarantee that the project meets the regulatory requirements. Our specialists gather, review the project and, in the preparation of a Complex Report for the assessment of the compliance of investment projects, give their opinions on all necessary specialties, including in parts fire safety and hygiene, which avoids the need for coordination of the projects by HEI and PAB. Our specialists check the quantity and quality of the presented project documentation and sign and seal the projects, thus guaranteeing that the project meets the technical and regulatory requirements. The company prepares a Comprehensive report for assessing the compliance of investment projects, which is entered into the municipality together with the projects in all specialties and the Chief Architect is obliged to issue a Building Permit within two weeks.

WHEN "DID-CONSULT ENGINEERING GROUP" LTD. ASSESSES THE COMPLIANCE OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS, OUR SPECIALISTS FOLLOW:

  • the legality of the welded constructions in the property;
  • the legality of the sketch issued (design visa) with specified construction method, issued in accordance with an effective detailed town planning plan ;
  • the consistency of pre-design studies or conceptual design;
  • compliance with the requirements of the current legal acts for research and design and BDS and Eurocodes, at the time of project development ;
  • completeness and structural compliance of the engineering and other calculations according to the regulatory requirements, and when the calculations are performed using a software product – complete input-output data, as well as data about the company that developed the licensed software product
  • compliance with project safety requirements, which include: carrying capacity, fire safety, hygiene, environmental protection, heat storage and energy saving, labor safety during construction through a work project for construction implementation;
  • the coherence of the project with all specialized control bodies and operating enterprises depending on the type of construction ;
  • the coherence between the individual parts of the project ;
  • verification of correct design of installations and engineering systems ;checking the completeness of the project documentation;
  • verification of the issued preliminary contracts for accession by the operating companies
